FloraSubs works with ASS by default, but converters are available.

You can use the Aegisub program to edit subtitles.
How long does encoding take?
Encoding time depends on video size, resolution, selected quality, and your computer’s performance. Hardware acceleration (GPU) can significantly speed up encoding. For example, with GPU acceleration, a 25-minute video can be encoded in 2-5 minutes.
